- 250 g strawberries
- 2 small banana (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 ml milk 0.1%
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 4 slices toast
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 8 teaspoons honey

- Mix the egg, milk and vanilla sugar together.
- Cut the toast into triangles, turn briefly in the egg-milk mixture, let the liquid soak in evenly and well.
- Chop the strawberries and slice the banana.
- Heat a large pan with oil. Brown the toast corners on both sides until crispy.
- Spread the banana and strawberry slices on each serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour a spoonful of honey over each toast. Serve immediately!
