Ingredients

  • 1 kg veal chop (s) (four large chops)
  • some stalks herbs, mixed
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C with convection. Mix half of the oil with the finely chopped herbs. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and brush with the herb-oil mixture.
