Ingredients

  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 veal schnitzel
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 250 ml water
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into narrow strips. Chop the onion.
  2. Fry the schnitzel for 4 minutes on each side, season with salt, pepper and keep warm. Fry the onions and paprika strips in the remaining frying fat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in 1/4 liter of water and bring to the boil, chopping up a little. Stir in cream. Add the schnitzel again and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. It goes well with ribbon noodles and salad.
