Fried veal steak (loin) on the bone with almond wine sauce.
Ingredients
Veal (loin on the bone) – 2 pieces
Almonds – 150-200 g
Wine (Malaga, dessert) – about 0.75-1 glass
Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Put the meat in the heated oil, fry it until golden brown on one side. Turn the meat over and fry it on the other side.
While the meat is browning, crush the almonds with a rolling pin (under a kitchen towel or napkin).
Then put the meat on a plate. Salt.
Put the almonds in the same pan with butter and fry them, stirring occasionally.
Pour in wine. While stirring, bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the meat.
