Ingredients

  • 350 g veal (oulash or shoulder)
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • some flour
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces, lightly salt them and turn them in flour.
  2. Sear the chopped onion in the fat until translucent, add the meat, a little pepper and curry and pour on the soup. Now steam until soft (takes about 30 minutes), stir frequently and then season to taste with cream and lemon juice.
  3. Serve with rice or risi bisi!
  4. Of course, turkey meat can also be used.
