  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), red
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g almond (s), chopped
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions. Finely chop the chilli and garlic. Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the almonds, chilli and vegetable stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree the soup and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
