  • 2 tablespoon yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Crush cashew nuts, yeast flakes, breadcrumbs and salt in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and process into pesto. Pour the pesto into a glass and store in the refrigerator.
