Instructions

  1. Melt the fat and mix with the sugar. Squeeze the bananas. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Mix the moist and dry ingredients quickly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Put the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
  3. Lift out of the mold and let cool on a wire rack. It tastes best when it is lukewarm, but is also a wonderful breakfast bread when cold.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
