Ingredients
- 80 g mararine, vean
- 85 g raw cane suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 400 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 3 banana (s), the darker the better
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 80 g nuts, mixed, chopped (macadamia, Brazil nuts and pecans)
- 100 g chocolate, dark, chopped
- 200 ml milk (oat milk)

- Melt the fat and mix with the sugar. Squeeze the bananas. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Mix the moist and dry ingredients quickly with a wooden spoon.
- Put the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
