  • 8 tablespoon berries, pureed, without sugar
  • 8 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 8 tablespoon oat milk (oat drink)
  • some agave syrup or cane sugar if necessary
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Mix the berry puree, oat flakes and oat milk and bring to the boil briefly. Let rest for 10 minutes. We always eat it sugar-free, but you can also sweeten it a little.
  2. Fill into glasses and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
