Ingredients

  • 500 g whole wheat pasta
  • 300 g broccoli florets
  • 4 small carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 250 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some curry powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cook the carrots in water until they are al dente.
  2. Fry the onions and garlic, then add the broccoli florets and fry briefly. Add some water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the carrots into slices and add.
  3. Deglaze with the oat cream. Season with curry, salt and pepper and simmer again briefly. Add the noodle and stir in.
