  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring the pasta to the boil briefly, blanch the broccoli.
  2. Mix together sour cream, cream and eggs, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
