  • 400 g broccoli
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
  2. Bring the cream and milk to the boil in a small saucepan and allow to cool. Whisk the 4 eggs and stir into the cooled milk.
  3. Place the broccoli in a greased baking dish, pour the milk and egg mixture over it, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle everything with grated cheese as desired.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
