Gratin Ingredients

  • Any minced meat (I had frozen meat and carrot balls) – 250 g

  • Grated cheese – 100 g

  • Kefir – 1 glass
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. The first step is to cut the onion and distribute it over the bottom of the molds.
  2. Next, layout the minced meat tightly. Salt and pepper a little. You can add your favorite seasonings.
  3. Three potatoes on a coarse grater and also distribute according to the forms – salt, pepper, season with your favorite herbs. We also put the cheese on a grater, but do not pour it yet.

  4. For the sauce, you need to beat the egg and kefir with a fork, season, and distribute them into forms. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put our gratins (without cheese) for 20 minutes, on the second level from the top. The heating mode was chosen “from above and from below”.
  5. Then we open the oven and pour the cheese into each mold. Leave until golden brown. Voila! Delicious is ready!)))
