Ingredients

  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g bulur
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 100 g Cabanossi
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes, approx. 400 g)
  • 2 teaspoons spice mix for pizza
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Stir in bulgur and remove the pot from the stove. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into 1 cm cubes. Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Cut the cabanossi into thin slices.
  3. Mix the bulgur with the diced paprika, spring onions, undrained corn and cabanossi slices and place in a flat baking dish. Season the tomatoes vigorously with pizza seasoning, salt and pepper and distribute evenly over the bulgur mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly brown. Serve immediately.
