Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 150 g bulur, fine
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon syrup
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt

Instructions

  1. Bring 150 g bulgur to the boil with 250 ml water and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Then knead well together with 150 ml of water and the remaining ingredients and let rest for 1 hour.
  2. Form small rolls (for me it was 10 pieces) and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, thrust 3, middle rail.
