  • 200 g spaetzle
  • Salt water
  • 450 g savoy cabbae
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and allow to drain. Meanwhile, rinse the savoy cabbage with cold water, drain and then cut into pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely. Finely dice the cooked ham as well.
  2. Sauté the savoy cabbage and onion in clarified butter, stir in the ham. Mix the vegetables and ham with the spaetzle and place in a lightly buttered casserole dish.
  3. Mix the crème fraîche and hollandaise sauce and pour over the spaetzle mixture. Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
