- 250 g almond (s), round
- 270 g date (s), (Medjool)
- 120 g cocoa powder
- 100 ml water
- 1 banana (s)
- 20 g almond sticks
- 30 cl soy milk (soy drink), or soy drink
- Mint, for decoration

- Puree 250 g dates with 100 ml water with a hand blender or in a blender. Mix the ground almonds with 100 g cocoa powder. Mix the almond sticks and the almond cocoa mixture with the date sauce.
- Grease a mold with a little margarine and spread the mixture evenly over it. Place the brownies in the freezer for half an hour to three quarters of an hour.
- Meanwhile prepare the chocolate sauce and puree 20 g dates with the soy milk and mix with 20 g cocoa powder. Sieve the whole thing through a sieve.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Take the brownies out of the freezer and place alternating brownie pieces and banana slices on a plate and decorate with chocolate sauce and a mint leaf.
