Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 2 teaspoon BBQ sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • some water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and clove of garlic. Mash the kidney beans well with a potato masher or fork and mix with onions, garlic, soy sauce and spices. Add the oatmeal until it has a good consistency, add approx. 2 - 3 tablespoons of water. Shape the patties and let them rest for 10 minutes so they don`t disintegrate.
  2. Fry in oil until crispy on the outside.
  3. Top the burger as desired.
