Ingredients

  • 75 g cashew nuts
  • 60 ml water
  • 1 ½ tablespoon tomato paste
  • 60 ml cucumber water
  • 1 large pickle (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a high-performance mixer. At the end, sieve the cashew nuts, rinse and add. Mix everything until creamy and season with sea salt and pepper.
