Ingredients

  • 215 g chickpeas from lass or can, drained weiht
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil, high quality
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric powder
  • 4 pinches black pepper, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt (Kala Namak salt), black, Indian
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the chickpeas and place in a blender with the other ingredients, except for the chives, and puree them relatively finely. If necessary, add salt to taste, as the tastes are known to be different. With a spoonful of chives, add as much as you like, about 3 teaspoons are enough for me. Very healthy!
