- 200 g flour
- 35 g bakin cocoa
- 180 g suar or xucker (used here as a reduced-calorie variant)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 240 ml water
- 100 ml sunflower oil

- Grease a round springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm with a little oil.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Briefly mix the flour, cocoa, sugar / xucker, vanilla flavor and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the water and oil and stir in well until a smooth dough is formed.
- Pour the batter into the mold and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes. It is done when no dough gets stuck to the wooden stick when you test it with sticks.
- Tip:
- You are welcome to add different nuts to the cake, depending on your needs and taste.
- Vegan cake doesn`t taste good. I`ve heard that many times and I`ve convinced everyone otherwise. It tastes just as delicious like chocolate, only without animal products. Convince yourself of it and be sure to try it out.
