Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 650 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 60 g mararine
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the filling:

  • 100 g suar mixed with cinnamon
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Mix 100 ml of water with the yeast. Melt the margarine in 150 ml of water, the mixture should only be lukewarm. Knead all ingredients into a nice yeast dough and let rise for about 2 hours.
  2. Then roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with neutral oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up tightly from the short side and place the roll in a loaf pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
  3. Then bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C fan oven.
  4. Tastes pure or with jam for breakfast, brunch or coffee.
