Ingredients

  • 1 ½ large banana (s), peeled and frozen
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 10 g almond flour, alternatively almonds, round
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder, vegan, e.g. rice protein powder
  • 50 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 1 fig (s)
  • 2 gingerbread, vegan
  • 1 speculoos, vegan

Instructions

  1. Mix bananas, cinnamon, almond flour, protein powder and soy quark in a blender to a creamy mass. Pour the nice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. Wash, clean and slice the fig. Also cut the gingerbread into pieces and crumble the speculoos.
  3. Top the nice cream with fig slices, gingerbread and speculoos.
