Ingredients

  • g 1,000 spinach, youn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled soup spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, white
  • 2 pinches nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 130 ml coconut milk or 100 almond cream
  • 3 leaves room garlic or 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk or almond cream and set aside briefly.
  2. In the meantime, put the spinach in a saucepan and let it thaw over low heat. If fresh spinach is used, chop it if necessary and steam it with a little water. Cut the room garlic into small pieces or dice half a clove of garlic very small.
  3. Add all ingredients including the soaked chia seeds to the spinach and let cook briefly.
  4. Tastes better than the famous creamed spinach with the blubb.
