- 500 g lentils, cooked
- 250 g jackfruit or durian
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon curry paste, yellow
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway seeds
- salt

- Cut durian or jackfruit, preferably very ripe, into small pieces.
- Then sauté in a pan heated to medium heat and mix with curry paste, paprika powder and caraway seeds. Stew a total of about 5 minutes.
- Then add the lentils and mix well until the mixture has a creamy consistency. If it isn`t creamy enough, add a little water. Let simmer for another 5 - 10 minutes and serve hot.
