  • 200 g whole wheat pasta
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 rolls (pumpkin seed rolls), optional

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and avocado into fine cubes. Put these in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Wash the lamb`s lettuce well with cold water, separate the leaves one by one and add to the bowl with the tomatoes and avocado.
  3. When the noodles are ready, they can also be added.
  4. Tip: tastes particularly good in combination with a pumpkin seed roll.
