Ingredients

  • 1 liter almond milk (almond drink)
  • 40 g whole cane suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 star anise
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 180 g rice puddin
  • cinnamon sugar, fruit your choice or apple compote

Instructions

  1. Bring the almond milk with sugar and all the spices to the boil. Add the rice and let it soak for about 45 minutes over a very low heat. Stir every now and then so that nothing starts.
  2. Fill into plates or bowls and serve with cinnamon sugar and / or fruit. We like to eat it with apple compote.
  3. The rice tastes warm or cold.
