  • 1 handful rocket
  • 1 lettuce heart (s)
  • 0.5 ½ Pak Choi
  • 0.5 ½ pointed pepper
  • 3 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, vegan
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash the types of lettuce well and cut into small pieces. Chop the peppers and cherry tomatoes as well. Peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Arrange and finally sprinkle with the chia seeds.
