  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sesame or flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the yeast and salt. Then add the water and knead the dough well with a dough hook. Then cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 20 minutes in a warm place, e.g., on the heater or in the oven.
  2. Now form 16 balls out of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise for another 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the rolls with sesame and / or linseed and bake at 250 ° C for about 25 minutes until golden.
