Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes and put them in a saucepan of boiling water. In the meantime, cook the Brussels sprouts and vegetables. When the potatoes are through, use a potato masher to mash them. If necessary, just add a little water and spices of your choice.
  2. Chop the vegetables in exactly the same way and mix them with the puree. Now shape the mixture into dumplings. Depending on the size, there are up to 8 dumplings.
  3. Bake the shaped dumplings in the oven for 25 minutes at 225 ° C (top / bottom heat). You will then have a nice but not too hard crust on the outside and still have the consistency of mash on the inside.
  4. This goes well with fish, rice, etc. The calorie information relates to the entire amount.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
