Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s)
- 150 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 g veetables (Kaiser veetables, frozen)
- Spice (s) your choice

- Peel and chop the potatoes and put them in a saucepan of boiling water. In the meantime, cook the Brussels sprouts and vegetables. When the potatoes are through, use a potato masher to mash them. If necessary, just add a little water and spices of your choice.
- Chop the vegetables in exactly the same way and mix them with the puree. Now shape the mixture into dumplings. Depending on the size, there are up to 8 dumplings.
- Bake the shaped dumplings in the oven for 25 minutes at 225 ° C (top / bottom heat). You will then have a nice but not too hard crust on the outside and still have the consistency of mash on the inside.
