Ingredients
- 1 large vegetable onion (s)
- 1 large cucumber
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon vinegar, (elderflower-apple vinegar or another fruity vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Pepper, fresh from the mill
- Seasoned Salt

- Peel the vegetable onion and cut into very thin slices with a vegetable slicer. Peel the cucumber and also finely slice it. Wash, dry and thinly slice tomatoes. Put everything in a bowl and mix together. Finely chop the chives and parsley and add to the vegetables.
- Squeeze out the lemon juice. Peel the garlic. Mix the juice of the lemon, vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper and salt into a dressing in a bowl. Pour over the vegetables and mix everything well. Let it steep for a moment and enjoy.
- A very good side salad with pasta, rice or other vegetarian or vegan dishes.
