Ingredients

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into small cubes and cook in boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the spring onion into small rolls.
  3. After the cooking time, remove the saucepan from the heat.
  4. Make a creamy marinade from sour cream, the spices and some vegetable cooking water in a bowl.
  5. Add the kohlrabi and spring onions, stir in well - and you`re ready to eat.
