Ingredients

  • g 1,000 jacket potato (s)
  • 500 g carrots, carrots
  • 250 g celeriac
  • 250 g parsley root (s)
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 1 jar cucumber (s), (pickles 670 ml)
  • 1 apple, approx. 50g
  • 100 g onion (s), red or white
  • 100 g tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • 200 g yourt, (sour cream, sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley root and chill.
  2. Cut all ingredients cold into small cubes.
  3. If you like, you can also add 1 small can of green peas or 2-3 hard-boiled eggs. Finely chop the parsley and add to it.
  4. Season to taste with tartar sauce, yoghurt, mustard, salt, pepper and a little sugar. If too dry, add a little cucumber water.
  5. The salad tastes good on its own, but it also tastes too short-fried meat, sausages, fish or meat loaf (meat loaf).
