Vegetable Side Dish

by Editorial Staff

This vegetable mixture is almost a versatile side dish, but I prefer it in a duet with cutlets. On the other hand, as an independent dish, this vegetable side dish is delicious and satisfying! I advise!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts – 15 heads of cabbage
  • potatoes – 6-8 pieces
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • carrots – 1 pc
  • salt to taste
  • laurel. sheet – 1 piece
  • water
  • frying oil
  • water

Directions

  1. Boil Brussels sprouts. Peel and brown the coarsely chopped potatoes. Put a layer of cabbage in a cauldron, then potatoes.
  2. Add chopped garlic, bay leaves, a little salt, and half a glass of water. Lay the figuratively chopped, fried carrots on top. Add the oil in which it was fried. Cover and simmer the vegetable garnish for 15 minutes.

Bon Appetit!
