  1. All vegetables, including eggplant, are peeled.
  2. We put a frying pan on the stove and pour a little vegetable oil into it. The fire is minimal. The first ingredient we put in the pan is young zucchini. Pre-cut it into semicircles.

  3. Layout the next layer of carrots, which should also be chopped in the form of half rings.
  4. Let’s start slicing the eggplant. First, we cut the vegetable across into 4 parts, then chop it along. We transport the eggplant parts to the pan.
