Ingredients

  • 4 port. Vegetables your choice
  • 2 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Clean and cook vegetables of your choice.
  2. In the meantime, let the butter melt in the saucepan. Stir in the flour - stir constantly so that nothing burns or lumps. Add the milk, how much depends on how liquid or creamy you want the sauce to be at the end.
  3. Keep stirring until the sauce has the desired consistency. Now season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Add the vegetables and mix together.
  5. Particularly suitable for: kohlrabi, cauliflower, broccoli
  6. Since I`ve always made a little sauce on the vegetables, nothing is left in the end! Even on children`s birthday parties!
