  • 1 packet creamed spinach, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled butter
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • milk

  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Before the spinach is prepared, you have to make the roux.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and stir immediately with the whisk and sweat until lightly. Then gradually add enough milk to make a thick sauce. Always stir with the whisk so that there are no lumps. Add the thawed creamed spinach, simmer briefly and season with salt and nutmeg.
