Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 bunch leeks
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • wok noodles
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 400 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Put the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables briefly. Then pour off the soy sauce and vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 30 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Finally add the noodles and sambal oelek and leave to stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Finally season with pepper and serve.
