Vegetarian Carrot and Onion Pan

Instructions

  1. First, the finely chopped onions are fried in a little oil with the freshly chopped parsley and the minced garlic clove in a large pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then add the halved carrot slices for another 3 minutes. Then pour 250 ml of hot vegetable broth (or other broth, depending on your taste) over the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer for about 15 minutes until the broth is almost completely absorbed.
  2. Tastes really good even to my children.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
