- Vegetable broth
- salt and pepper

- Cut the vegetables into cubes, peel the tomatoes beforehand.
- Melt some margarine in the pot, add the vegetables and simmer on a low flame in the closed pot. ATTENTION: DO NOT add water. Stir every now and then and add the spices and sour cream just before serving.
- All side dishes are suitable!
- It goes fast! It`s very low in calories!
