Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber (s)
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 500 ml broth
- 1 bunch basil, cut into fine strips
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper

- Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Peel and cut the tomatoes into eighths.
- Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Braise the tomatoes in it. Add 500 ml (spicy) broth and let it simmer for 30 minutes over high heat. After 15-20 minutes add the cucumbers.
- In the end, be careful that nothing burns! Add pepper and basil.
- I also serve fish and a wild rice mixture.
