Ingredients

  • 1 toastie (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 leaves lettuce, e.g. oak leaf
  • 2 tablespoon brunch paprika peppers
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • Fried onions, optional
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped butter

Instructions

  1. Wash 2 lettuce leaves and pat dry. Cut the herbs into small pieces. Halve the toastie and toast.
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan and add the eggs to the pan. Fry on medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Spread the brunch cheese on the cooled toasty halves. Place the lettuce leaves and the fried eggs on top. Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
  4. If you want, you can also sprinkle a few fried onions on the eggs.
