  • 6 kohlrabi
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Remove the large leaves from the kohlrabi and finely chop the small ones. Peel the carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Boil the potatoes and carrots in about 1 liter of water for 10 minutes. Then add the kohlrabi cubes, season with pepper and salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, mix the cream with the flour and season again with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir into the stew, add the chopped parsley and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
