Ingredients

  • 4 large kohlrabi
  • 500 g potato
  • 2 large carrot
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 ¼ liter of vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 70 g butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into bite-sized cubes, peel the carrots and cut into slices, peel the onion and garlic and cut small cubes, cut the cabanossi into slices.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add onion and garlic and fry. Add the kohlrabi, potatoes and carrots and fry a little. Pour hot vegetable stock, bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes on a low flame. After about 15 minutes add the sausage and let it simmer.
  3. Add the cream to the cooked stew, bring to the boil again briefly and season with salt and pepper. Arrange and enjoy.
