Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 kohlrabi, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 5 onion (s), red, diced
  • 1 head garlic, red
  • 1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 cabanossi, sliced
  • 250 g bacon
  • 1 liter beef broth

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon with the crushed chili, the chopped garlic bulb and the onions. Then add the sliced carrots. Deglaze with the beef stock and bring the soup to a boil. After about 20 minutes of cooking, add the potato and kohlrabi pieces and the cabanossi and cook for another 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the parsley on top before serving.
