Ingredients
- 400 g Kritharaki (noodles in rice form)
- 300 g mushrooms, brown
- 2 onions)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 100 g olives, reen or black, without stone
- 250 g feta cheese
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Thyme, dried or fresh
- Oregano, dried or fresh
- gyros spice

- Clean the mushrooms, quarter or eighth depending on the size and fry them brown in a pan with a little oil. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Put on water for the Kritharaki.
- When the mushrooms have turned a nice color, place them in a baking dish. Add some oil to the pan and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic 2 minutes before the end, salt and pepper. You can also sauté the mushrooms with onions and garlic.
- Put the onions in the baking dish. Put the pasta in the salted water and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.
- Dice tomatoes and place in the baking dish with the olives. Crumble the feta. Drain the kritharaki, pour into the mold and mix with a dash of oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, herbs and the gyros spice. Sprinkle the feta on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Baguette and tzatziki go well with it.
