Ingredients
- 250 g smoked tofu
- 150 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 3 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 300 g mayonnaise, e-free
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cut the smoked tofu and the pickles into small, narrow strips and place in a sufficiently large bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber liquid until smooth, season to taste, add and mix. Let it steep for about 10 minutes, the better it tastes. I tried the salad at work and it was a huge hit.
