Ingredients

  • 500 g sausaes (Viennese)
  • 4 peppers, pickled
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 250 g canned mushrooms, cut

Instructions

  1. Drain the mushrooms and toast them in a little oil. Thinly slice the wiener, cut the peppers into cubes and mix both with the mushrooms.
  2. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil, mustard, cayenne pepper and ketchup. Chop the herbs and add to the dressing. Mix the salad with the dressing well and let it steep for a few hours in a cool place.
