  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. The crowd must have a good standing.
  2. Mix the flour, cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder and sift.
  3. Carefully mix in the flour with a wooden mixing spoon (preferably with a hole).
  4. Pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake at approx. 160 ° C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven. After baking, turn the base with the springform pan onto a wire rack and allow to cool.
